Half ze Time

Alhamdulillah I am still blessed to reach my 32nd years of living. Start of a small celebration with my family members coming over the weekends. We ordered Fatty Bombom , smores brownie from @sweetneez and mom brought putri salat (my favourite!). I was so happy to get my family to come to my place and play with our kittens. heheh K lah not really a celebration but just makan-makan session. Then on the day itself, at work my colleagues surprised me with a Chocolate Origin cake. so yummy! I have been wanting to have one and it just melts in my mouth.   Then when I cam back from work, A surprised me with a cake with an LV bag design. It was so cute because I told him that I did not manage to get a branded bag for my birthday. The xake was delicious too. Then A and I went to Carousel for our dinner because I was eyeing the chilli lobster, oysters and the duck. It was splendid! I had to eat all my favourite food and waited patiently for the desserts. Bismillah. How is everyone doing? If you are from my Instagram and saw my highlights from instastory , welcome to the extended version of my dream kitchen. I have many kitchen inspiration from my previous post but this is the cheapest and easiest to execute. I didn't decide to renovate since I still want to have the option to sell my house, save money for my next house. My dream kitchen concept. Very bright and spacious  So sweee I got the idea from Lazada spaces where they keep on showing the vinyl stickers for kitchen cabinets. I already have an idea of having the white and marble vinyls and then the green came and it looked so pretty! Just the way I wanted! Pasting it is also easy, not so many problems and installing the handles were a breeze too. I bought the gold handles and knobs from Ikea, just follow the measurement of the current handles on the cabinets and buy accordingly. I really love the before and after. There' so much difference in the kitchen vibes. And total

Alhamdulillah that I have managed to go for my staycations both in November and December. November was with A and we stayed at Santa Grand Hotel. Everything about the hotel is splendid especially the rooftop swimming pool that became somewhat like our own private pool! hahahha We didn't go many places as I planned because my husband wanted to rest at home. And in December, it is our normal practice to have a staycation with my girls Hajar and Amany. Previous years were either KL or Batam but this year, we chose to just have a staycation at Orchard Hotel. Before that, I planned to do some activities with them before we checked into our hotel. We booked MegaZip zipline (using SRV) in Sentosa that took almost 4 hours of wait and doing it. It was so easy to use, we booked through Klook and booked on our own since we can only transact 1 SRV per transaction. We will need to click on the link which it will redirect to Singpass login and they will give a code to paste back to Klook. Luckil

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم I know this topic is too early as I just stayed in this house for only a year and a half but I just want to see2 look2 what are my options and what I can get.  Basically, whatever we pay our current house by CPF will go back to CPF. We can only get the cash proceeds only when we have profits. For example, I bought my house at $420k and selling at $450k, my cash proceeds will be $30k. Now I am contemplating whether I want to sell my house or not with only $30k of profit. My house can definitely go higher because very near to amenities such as primary and secondary school, near to MRT, malls and market. Is just that whether my house is nice enough to upsell that price by 2024, my house will be 39 years old. I can't sell it any later because of age even though the area and amenities are quite good.   بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم I had itchy scalp when I was growing up, maybe from 15 years old and not knowing about the dandruff only when I was 21. I suspected that my dandruff also the main cause of my eczema because when I scratch my head, I will tend to scratch my inside elbow, forehead and neck. I told my friend about my flaky head and she said it is dandruff.  I even went to Yunam Haircare about my hair loss or hair thinning and she said it is because of my dandruff problem. I went to some saloons too but the problem did not go away until recently I tried Silkpro.  It is expensive and I was not convinced. Since we are trapped in concrete jungle and no where else to go, we were encouraged by our government to do a Singa-holiday. So many sale and promos going on, from staycation to attractions, it seems very tough choice to choose, which one would you choose to go that is considered worth it? Many hotels are giving away packages for staycation to attract us to stay and even, giving $100 each Singaporean for staycation from Dec 20 - Jun 21. The only 2 hotels I was looking at were Marina Bay Sands and Crowne Hotel. Marina Bay Sands giving out many packages such as Gardens By The Bay, ArtScience Museum ticket discounts , their Skyedeck, Sampan ride and digital light canvas for members at only $10 and e ven giving $120 voucher for 2 night stay to spend at Shoppes . Their swimming pool opens since 6am and we can swim for 1 hour. This is the total bill and what you saw on top is the IVF transfer day itself, I opted ICSI instead of the natural including the storing and freezing of the 2 embryos. Your receipt may be different pricing of what are the things you opt for. The rest of the medication was under my name of $2462 (I paid forward with my own money). So, after government funding of $7700, Medisave of $5000 (because I used my first cycle for IUI), an adjustment from the hospital, I had to pay $2624 on my own in total. Alhmadulillah for the heavily subsidized and funded by the government. I am so blessed. Now we will just wait for the next review to start our new cycle.
