Post-wedding activities

Post wedding activities of my friend's wedding it shall be. Remember that I blogged about the props for outdoor wedding photo shoot and the corsage. It was a fair deal, sometimes we do much for others but ended up not satisfying (or may be I lose it all). So yes, the props are nicely done and the FromFranWithLove is so awesome. The service is the best when she said she wanted to send the props to me at my friend's majlis instead coz she kesiankan me I cabbed to her place in Woodlands then had to cabbed back to Yishun, like banyak kerja gitu. Thanks Hana for the props. I really love it. Sad part is, we barely use it for outdoor photoshoot. The guys are being the awkward bunch of grooms man ever and we are the kecoh ones on our own world. Oh before I show you the pictures, let me show you my friend's pictures okay? ok cukup2 jelah. I was the one who introduced them to the photographer. His name is Nuruddyn and you can follow him on instagram and fb if you love his

Pre-departure to Hong Kong

Image
Hi all!!  I've went to Hong Kong and back and started working. boohoo! As promised, I will walk you through a pre-departure post since before flying off but I was quite busy like I don't know why. Anyways, I will be touching most likely on how to pack your luggage and what are the simple things to prepare and to look out for. Firstly, luggage size and payment of kg for luggage. We had a problem with this because we exceeded the weight limit and had to pay expensive top up. Luckily my cousin thought of an idea to top it up online which is wayyyyy cheaper. It is hard to pack light to cold countries because of your boots and trench coats. Buy a ziplock bag to secure everything in (except the boots and shoes tho). Check you luggage too whether you can bring it in cabin or check-in bag. I've always packed light to anywhere, usually 6 to 7kg but this time round its nearly 10kg and yup, I had to repack. You can read it online for more info. You can oly bring up t

Yes, that's my countdown and it is scary as hell. I have so many tasks to do and yet I have to wait till the last minute to do all the preparations coz my block leave only starts on 16th December to 25th December :O My list is getting more and more and I've just pushed my panic button :O Firstly, I need to get things done for Zuliana's wedding.  bridesmaid corsage  props for outdoor wedding photo shoot. Bridesmaid corsage has been cleared since I've remembered that Rasyidah told me that her friend is doing bouquets so I just selamba cicak ask her if she can do corsage for us and luckily she can. Is just that she have yet to reply where and when to collect and deposit as well. Hopefully she didn't forget about it! 11 days and counting!!Oh her name is Ain btw and this is the bouquet she do for Rasyidah. Oh so pweetyyyyyyy!!! Props for outdoor, well to tell you the truth, I've thought of DIY but I don't have enough time to design an

Planning for a getaway?

Hey readers (if there is any), It's the end year and most of us are planning for a short getaway (I'm so good at planning and all.haha!) or somewhat like escapism. Where to go?What's the budget like?Well, to tell you the truth, the nearest will be our neighbour, Malaysia! And I have like a list to visit, some which I've visited before (Pulau Perhentian has been missed for so long!) 1. Sekeping Retreats Sekeping Retreats now have numerous retreat centers in various places including KL, Petaling Jaya, Bangsar, Ipoh and Penang. Sekeping Serendah is the most recommended and best rated place as it brings you closer to nature, allowing you to be mesmerized by the beauty of its surrounding. 2. Awanmulan Apart from Sekeping Serendah, Awanmulan is an alternative place for you to truly experience life in a rainforest. Living in the nature has never been this lovely! The retreat in Negeri Sembilan is intentionally basic with natural environment surrounding the building. 3.

Ideas,ideas,ideas

My brain just stop working especially about creative thinking and making nice and cute stuff which I REALLY need it by the end of the year but I guess everything just jammed up lah kan. I can't work under pressure and I so can't think of anything. Luckily in the past, I've read about a lot of BTB blogs that can really inspire me especially the Malaysians ones. I envy the effort and resources that they have and I tell you, they can have a jolly good well of DIY stuffs whereas we are the uncreative and all DIY stuffs are expensive (to compare the MYR currency). Toko Warisan in Joo Chiat, Geylang sell stuffs that are cheap!!!the dulang hantaran, deco, even glue gun is cheap. I shall do shopping there soon. I've list down all the stuffs that I wanted to do/buy so I can remember. The thing is, my parents want to go down to JB to do a recce at Angsana coz the stuffs there are super damn cheap. I rest my case that I have to go there with them during my long break.
